We booked both a full-day Komodo Island shared speedboat tour and a private Labuan Bajo city tour, and had a really great experience overall.

The Komodo speedboat tour was a fantastic full day and gave us the chance to see the main highlights around the islands in a really enjoyable way. Everything was well organised and it was such a memorable part of our trip.

We also did a private city tour in Labuan Bajo, which was really convenient because we could adjust the timings around our plans. The driver was helpful and the whole day felt relaxed and easy rather than rushed.

A special mention has to go to Niko, who was honestly the most helpful person throughout the whole booking process. He was incredibly responsive, patient and accommodating from the very beginning. He helped us with hotel suggestions, arranging drivers, changing tour timings, coordinating dinner plans, checking activities for us and answering every question so kindly.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, even when we changed plans or messaged with last-minute questions. He was always friendly, professional and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went smoothly for us.

The tours themselves were excellent, but Niko’s customer service really made the whole experience stand out. I would absolutely recommend booking with them, especially if you have Niko helping organise everything. Thank you again for making our time in Labuan Bajo so easy and enjoyable.
